Orangebox

Orangebox's biggest goal is to create a circular economy within their business, their aim is to stop waste after they have finished with a creation, I was tasked to utilise their waste by using them in more products It made me think much more into our scraps of material and how they can be utilised. I liked the thought of using the scraps of material to create textures on materials and creating 3D elements that you can touch so it becomes the main focus instead of something ignored. 

The Sully stool cover was designed for people who get anxious as a form of stress relief in the office.The attached fabric on the stool originates from the shape of a slinky toy which will give people a euphoric feeling. I think people who get anxious/nervous will benefit from this design as they will be able to fidget to release tension.
